Overview

Myevrii is recruiting a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie for a full-time, permanent position based in Trim, Co. Meath. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef to join a professional kitchen team in a supportive, fast-paced environment where quality, consistency, and career development are highly valued.

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a designated kitchen section and play a key role in delivering dishes to the highest standard. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain exceptional culinary standards, support smooth kitchen operations, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a designated section within the kitchen and ensure it operates efficiently during service.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard in line with recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and portion control across all dishes leaving your section.
  • Keep your section clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service.
  • Follow all HACCP procedures, food safety requirements, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Support the training and development of junior kitchen team members when required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen coordination and service delivery.
  • Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation, and maintaining kitchen standards before, during, and after service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working at Chef de Partie level, or a strong Commis Chef background with clear readiness to step up.
  • Demonstrable passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high culinary standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive, professional, and reliable attitude.
  • Solid understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including plating, portion control, and consistency.
  • Ability to take direction well while also working independently within your section.
  • Flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and busy service periods as required.
