We process your data to:

1. Match candidates with suitable job vacancies.
2. Provide employers with ranked shortlists based on AI analysis.
3. Improve our matching algorithms (using anonymised data).

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share your data with:

• Specific Employers: Only the ones you choose to apply to.
• Service Providers: Secure cloud hosting (e.g., AWS/Google) and AI processing partners who are GDPR compliant.
• Legal Authorities: Only if required by Irish law.

Under Irish and EU law, you have the right to:

• Access & Export: Get a copy of your data and your AI interview transcripts.
• Erasure: Have your profile and recordings deleted ("Right to be Forgotten").

6. Retention Periods

• Profiles: Retained for 2 years of inactivity, then deleted.
• Video Interviews: Automatically deleted 6 months after the job post is closed.
