All users must treat others with respect and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

You grant Talent Hunter a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute content you post on the platform for the purpose of providing and promoting our services. You retain all rights to your content.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• Publishing false, misleading, or fraudulent job postings or candidate information
• Using the platform to engage in any unlawful or discriminatory employment practices
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without explicit permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Using the platform for any commercial solicitation outside of legitimate recruitment
• Posting content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates privacy laws
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's operation or servers
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate the platform

Payment Terms

Certain features and services on Talent Hunter require payment. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

Limitation of Liability

Talent Hunter serves as a platform to connect employers and job seekers but is not responsible for the outcome of any hiring decisions, employment relationships, or disputes between users. We do not guarantee job placements or the quality of candidates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Hunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
