1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using www.talenthunter.me, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information; providing fake CVs or impersonating a company is strictly prohibited.

2. The AI Recruitment Process

Talent Hunter uses Artificial Intelligence to assist in the recruitment process:

  • CV Scoring: Our system ranks candidates based on skill keywords and experience.
  • AI Interviews: Our platform may record and transcribe video/audio interviews.
  • Human-in-the-Loop: Per the EU AI Act, we ensure that no candidate is automatically rejected by an algorithm. A human recruiter reviews AI recommendations before final decisions are made.
3. For Employers
  • Compliance: Employers must comply with the Irish Employment Equality Acts and the 2026 Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Data Use: You may only use candidate data for the specific role they applied for. You may not sell or scrape our candidate database.
4. Limitation of Liability

Talent Hunter serves as a platform to connect employers and job seekers but is not responsible for the outcome of any hiring decisions, employment relationships, or disputes between users. We do not guarantee job placements or the quality of candidates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Hunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

5. Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

  • Publishing false, misleading, or fraudulent job postings or candidate information
  • Using the platform to engage in any unlawful or discriminatory employment practices
  • Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without explicit permission
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
  • Interfering with or disrupting the platform's operation or servers
6. Payment Terms

Certain features and services on Talent Hunter require payment. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
