Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive and uplifting environment.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by maintaining a clean and organized living space.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor care plans that meet individual needs.
• Document and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate team members.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance care skills and knowledge.
