Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Floor Supervisor to join our team in Dublin's vibrant City District. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of relevant experience in the pub or restaurant industry, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and timely food and beverage delivery.
