Real People Recruitment is partnering with a leading production company in South Dublin to recruit a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver for their busy warehouse and manufacturing operation in Drimnagh, Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced forklift operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in safe, accurate, and efficient material handling.

In this role, you will support the smooth movement of goods across the site, helping ensure production schedules are met and warehouse operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Counterbalance forklift licence, with additional Bendi/Flexi certification strongly preferred, and will bring proven experience working in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing settings.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, and stack materials and finished goods.
• Use Bendi/Flexi equipment where required to support stock movement in narrow aisles and storage areas.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, checking stock against documentation, and placing items in the correct locations.
• Move raw materials to production areas and transport finished products to dispatch or storage.
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults, damage, or safety concerns immediately.
• Support general warehouse duties including stock rotation, pallet movement, and maintaining a clean, organised work area.
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times, including safe lifting, traffic management, and PPE requirements.
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate operations.
