Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of a prestigious luxury resort in County Kildare. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee junior kitchen staff and assist in their training and development.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to create seasonal menus that highlight local ingredients.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food safety and sanitation certifications are preferred.
  • A passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for detail.
  • Must have full EU working rights
