Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead our exceptional dining and catering services at our prestigious 5-star hotel in Co. Wicklow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end hospitality management, focusing on delivering outstanding guest experiences through our food and beverage outlets and banquet services.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality are consistently met.
  • Manage and train a diverse team of chefs, servers, and bar staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement creative menus that reflect seasonal trends and guest preferences.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability while maintaining quality.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of banqueting events, from planning through execution, to ensure seamless service.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
