Our client boasts a dynamic team of 20 legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that prioritizes growth and professional development.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Qualified Solicitor to join this esteemed team. This role presents a unique opportunity to work across a diverse and meaningful caseload, focusing particularly on:

  • Childcare Advocacy
  • Family Law
  • Criminal Litigation
  • District Court Representation

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality legal services and make a tangible impact in the community.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in District Court proceedings
  • Provide legal advice and advocacy in childcare and family law matters
  • Manage criminal litigation files from initial instruction to resolution
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practices and compliance
  • Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
