Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Label and evaluate data, including dialogue and multi-modal content, using clear guidelines and in-house tools.
• Deliver consistently high quality against KPIs.
• Make sound judgment calls when information is incomplete or ambiguous.
• Spot patterns, analyze root causes, and suggest improvements to processes, SOPs, and tools.
• Support day-to-day operational delivery and assist in unblocking the team when needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, prioritizing customer privacy.
