C Licence Driver – Keg Delivery (Dublin 24)

We are currently recruiting an experienced C Licence Driver for keg delivery operations based in Dublin 24. This role involves multi-drop deliveries and requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Requirements

• • Full Clean Category C Driving Licence
  • Valid CPC (all modules completed)
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • Previous multi-drop or delivery experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of road safety and compliance
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

• • Delivery of kegs to customers across designated routes
  • Loading is completed in the depot before departure
  • Offloading is carried out with the assistance of a driver’s helper
  • Completing delivery paperwork and route schedules
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks
  • Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times

Working Hours

• • Start time: Between 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional Saturdays only following Bank Holidays (approx. 9 per year)

Pay & Benefits

• • Base Rate: €19.16 per hour
  • Daily Lunch Allowance: €15
  • Guaranteed 39-hour pay per week, even during quieter periods (e.g. January/November where hours may be reduced)
  • Overtime available throughout most of the year

Overtime Rates

• • Overtime applies after 39 hours per week
  • Time and a half (150%): €28.74 per hour
  • Double time (200%): €38.32 per hour

Weekend / Bank Holiday Overtime

• • Saturday after a Bank Holiday:
  • First 4 hours: €28.74 per hour (150%)
  • After 4 hours: €38.32 per hour (200%)

Location & Routes

• • Based in Dublin 24
  • Fleet of operating from the Dublin depot
  • Majority of work is within Dublin, with some routes covering:
  • Kildare
  • Carlow
  • Kilkenny
  • Wexford
  • A small number of trucks are assigned to country routes
