Overview

Are you used to helping customers, staying calm under pressure, and solving problems quickly? If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or any fast-paced customer-facing environment, this could be the perfect next step for you. As a Breakdown Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance. You’ll listen, show empathy, and gather the right details to ensure their issue is handled quickly and smoothly.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Speak with customers over the phone and provide friendly, professional support.
  • Gather key details and pass accurate information to the operations team.
  • Remain calm and clear-thinking when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Use your natural communication skills to build trust and solve problems quickly.
  • Work closely with your team to deliver great customer experiences every time.

Requirements:
  • Previous Call Centre experience required (Minimum 1 Year).
  • Confident communicators who genuinely enjoy helping others.
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Quick learners who take feedback well and want to grow in their career.
  • Reliable, positive, and motivated to deliver great service.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
