Event Staff for Dublin Temporary

Overview

We are recruiting flexible, reliable Event Staff for temporary summer work across Dublin, supporting major festivals, concerts, sporting fixtures, and high-profile public events. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Gold Standard team and work at some of Dublin’s most iconic venues, including the Aviva Stadium, 3Arena, and Phoenix Park.

Shifts are available on a flexible basis, making this role ideal for candidates looking to fit work around study, other employment, or summer availability. You’ll be part of a fast-paced events environment, helping deliver safe, smooth, and memorable experiences for guests at some of the biggest dates in Dublin’s 2026 calendar, including Taste of Dublin and Bloom.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support event operations across festivals, concerts, sporting events, and hospitality activations.
• Welcome and assist attendees, ensuring a positive and professional guest experience.
• Carry out stewarding, crowd flow support, and general event assistance in line with venue procedures.
• Help maintain a safe environment for the public, clients, performers, and event teams.
• Assist with ticket checks, queue management, and direction of guests where required.
• Support food and beverage areas when assigned, following hygiene and safety standards.
• Work closely with supervisors and venue teams to respond to changing event needs.
• Represent the team professionally at all times while delivering excellent service.

• Previous event, hospitality, stewarding, or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well as part of a team.
