Job Description:

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of client implementations and the ongoing account management that follows. Based in Dublin 2 with a hybrid working model (3–4 days per week in the office), this is a permanent role within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will work closely with banks, credit unions, and other regulated lenders to deliver SaaS and FinTech implementations, coordinate white-labelling requirements, and manage integration-heavy projects from kickoff through go-live and beyond. This role combines structured project delivery with strong customer ownership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and enjoys building trusted client relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
  • Manage project governance, including project plans, weekly status calls, RAID logs, decision logs, and stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to define requirements, success criteria, acceptance criteria, and sign-off points.
  • Coordinate white-labelling delivery, including brand and theme requirements, content and copy updates, approval cycles, and version control.
  • Drive integration workstreams with client IT teams, third-party vendors, and internal product and engineering teams.
  • Own UAT planning and execution, including test plans, test data coordination, defect triage, and release readiness.
  • Manage scope and change control through impact assessments, trade-off discussions, documentation, and approvals.
  • Act as the ongoing account owner after go-live, leading QBRs, roadmap alignment, adoption reviews, and change requests.
  • Manage escalations and ensure smooth coordination and handover with Support and Customer Success.

What Makes This Role Unique

  • You will be the central point of contact for complex client implementations, combining delivery leadership with post-launch account ownership.
  • The role offers exposure to regulated financial services clients, giving you experience in high-trust, compliance-aware environments.
  • You will work on integration-rich projects involving APIs, SSO, data flows, and third-party dependencies without needing to code.
  • Success is measured by predictable delivery, clear communication, stable go-lives, and strong client outcomes rather than reactive firefighting.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both structured project management and long-term client partnership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering SaaS or FinTech product implementations in complex client environments.
  • Strong client-facing project management experience, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, and escalation handling.
  • Working knowledge of integration concepts such as APIs, SSO (SAML/OAuth), environments, data flows, and testing cycles.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on documentation quality and clarity.
  • Experience managing clients post go-live, including prioritising requests, expectation management, and adoption support.
  • Ability to run discovery workshops, define requirements, and manage acceptance/sign-off processes.
  • Experience coordinating UAT activities, defect triage, and release readiness across multiple teams.
  • Comfort working with white-labelled or multi-brand products and coordinating content or design updates.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience in financial services, lending, banking, or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance onboarding activities such as security questionnaires, DPIAs, and pen test coordination is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive permanent salary aligned to experience and market rates.
  • Hybrid working model with flexibility and regular in-office collaboration in Dublin 2.
  • Opportunity to work with high-profile clients in banking, lending, and regulated financial services.
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation ownership and post-launch account management.
  • Close collaboration with product, engineering, customer success, and support teams.
  • Career development in a growing SaaS/FinTech environment with complex, meaningful projects.
  • Opportunity to shape client outcomes and influence long-term adoption and retention.

  • client onboarding and implementation delivery*
