Job Description:

 Breakdown Assistance Customer Service Agent

About the Role

Are you used to helping customers, staying calm under pressure, and solving problems quickly?

If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or any fast-paced customer-facing environment, this could be the perfect next step for you. You are the first point of contact for customers who call in to report they have broken down. Their role is to get as much information from the customer on their location, the car they’re travelling in, who’s travelling with them, etc and they then pass on this information to our deployment team, who deploy mechanics out to those customers.

What’s On Offer

  • Full training and coaching to help you succeed in the role.
  • Opportunities to progress and build a career in customer service or sales.
  • A hybrid work model (after training) and supportive team culture.
  • Competitive base pay, shift premiums, and company benefits.
  • Full job spec and details will be provided before interview.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Speaking with customers over the phone and providing friendly, professional support.
  • Gathering key details and passing accurate information to the operations team.
  • Remaining calm and clear-thinking when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Using your natural communication skills to build trust and solve problems quickly.
  • Working closely with your team to deliver great customer experiences every time.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need call centre experience — just the right attitude and people skills. If you’ve ever worked in retail, hospitality, front-of-house, or similar, you’ll have what it takes. (Min 2 Years)

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Confident communicators who genuinely enjoy helping others.
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Quick learners who take feedback well and want to grow in their career.
  • Reliable, positive, and motivated to deliver great service.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

• Ability to learn, take instruction and suggest improvements – must be coachable.

• Adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to supporting team goals. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and pride in high-quality work.
