Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Operatives to join our site team in Ireland. This role is ideal for semi-skilled site workers who are comfortable supporting a range of construction activities and working as part of a fast-paced, safety-focused team. You will assist tradespeople, maintain site cleanliness and organization, and help ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who take pride in their work, follow instructions well, and are eager to develop their skills in a construction environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled trades and site supervisors with general construction tasks.
  • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment around the site.
  • Keep work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Support site setup, preparation, and basic finishing duties as required.
  • Perform manual handling and general labouring tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Follow site instructions, work schedules, and safety procedures at all times.
  • Report hazards, defects, or incidents to the site supervisor promptly.
  • Carry out other general duties to support day-to-day site operations.
