Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Bartender to join our vibrant team in the heart of Dublin 1. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! This role is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a pub or restaurant setting, who is ready to take their bartending career to the next level.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Handle cash and payments accurately, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Lock up the bar at the end of shifts, if required.

Requirements:

  • Valid working visa to legally work in Ireland.
  • Able to start work daily from 12 noon.
  • Lock up experience is desired but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
