We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests at our Dublin location. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring seamless operations at the front desk. Your responsibilities will include managing check-ins, handling phone queries, and providing general administrative support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle phone queries and provide information regarding services and amenities.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are met promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

Key Qualifications:
