Job Description:

Customer Service Agent (Hybrid)

Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a number of Customer Service and Sales Agents on behalf of our client, based in Dublin 2. This role is initially fully onsite for the training in period, with Hybrid being offered after training has been completed.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (Min one Year)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Empathetic, positive, and confident under pressure.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
  • Reliable and organised — someone who takes pride in doing a good job.


Work Location & Schedule

  • Training: Office-based (Dublin 2), Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • After training: Hybrid model (typically 2–3 days per week in the office).
  • Saturday shifts: Occasionally required (short 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. shift, time off given in lieu).

Requirements:

Must have customer facing experience or call centre experience. Hospitality or Retail also considered.

Hybrid work eligibility post training (month 2 onwards).

• 20 Annual leave plus 2 company days (Good Friday and your birthday)
