Overview

Career Vision Recruiters are excited to announce an opportunity for a part-time Human Resources Executive to join the team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Limerick. This role offers a unique chance to support and manage the HR operations in a vibrant hospitality environment.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the hotel.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and the Group Human Resources Manager to implement HR strategies that align with the hotel’s objectives.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
