We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to take technical ownership of a high-impact platform initiative focused on ATS integrations, workflow automation, AI-powered tooling, and scalable recruitment infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products end-to-end — from frontend UX to backend architecture, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows.
You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the platform as we scale our recruitment ecosystem and deepen integrations with systems such as Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, and other leading ATS providers.
This is a hands-on senior engineering role with significant ownership and influence across architecture, engineering standards, product delivery, and platform evolution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, architect, and build scalable full stack applications and platform services
- Lead development of ATS integrations, synchronization pipelines, and workflow automation systems
- Build responsive, performant frontend interfaces for recruiters, operators, and administrators
- Develop secure and scalable backend APIs, services, and event-driven workflows
- Integrate AI-powered capabilities into the platform, including intelligent candidate matching, automation assistants, data enrichment, and workflow optimization
- Work closely with founders, operations, and product stakeholders to shape technical solutions and product direction
- Own technical decision-making across architecture, tooling, scalability, and engineering practices
- Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and reliability best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps processes
- Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, security, and maintainability
- Troubleshoot integration issues and improve platform performance and resilience
- Evaluate and leverage modern AI-assisted development tooling and workflows to improve engineering velocity and quality
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience building and shipping production-grade full stack applications
- Strong frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
- Experience designing APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
- Experience integrating with third-party SaaS platforms and APIs
- Familiarity with ATS/recruitment platforms is a strong advantage
- Experience working with AI APIs, LLM tooling, AI workflows, or AI-assisted product features
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership
- Strong communication and product-thinking mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with recruitment technology, HR tech, or workflow automation platforms
- Experience with Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Experience building event-driven or asynchronous systems
- Experience designing AI-assisted user experiences and automation workflows
