Overview

We are seeking talented and passionate relief chefs of all levels to join our dynamic team in Cork and the surrounding areas. This position offers a flexible work schedule with diverse opportunities, making it perfect for chefs who enjoy variety in their roles. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, we can accommodate your schedule, allowing you to work 1-2 days a week or more, based on your availability. You will have a dedicated consultant to manage your schedule and help place you in roles where you can excel and develop your culinary skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prepare food in the kitchen while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while on-site.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) set out on-site.
  • Assist with menu planning to ensure gross profit margins are achieved.
  • Ensure the highest standards in stock control, portion control, and quality control.
  • Provide professional customer service when necessary and maintain respectful interactions with all kitchen and restaurant staff.
