Overview

Teamworx is excited to partner with a well-established Irish retail and hospitality group to recruit a Marketing and Brand Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused marketing professional to take ownership of marketing activity across multiple high-performing business units within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.

The role combines strategy, brand development, and hands-on marketing execution, with a strong focus on driving customer engagement, brand visibility, and measurable commercial results.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities


In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership teams across the business to lead marketing initiatives that support both retail and hospitality operations. You will be responsible for:


  • Developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Analysing campaign performance, customer trends, and commercial data to drive improvements.
  • Managing marketing budgets to ensure a strong return on investment.
  • Building annual marketing calendars aligned to peak trading periods and key events.
  • Supporting retail performance through targeted marketing activities, including seasonal campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborating with hotel management teams to drive occupancy and direct bookings.
  • Leading brand positioning and storytelling across the group.
  • Delivering and optimising digital campaigns, including paid social advertising, Google Ads, and SEO.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience in a commercial environment.
  • Strong hands-on digital marketing and brand experience.
  • Experience within retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing sectors is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
