Overview

We are seeking a driven B2B Partnership Manager based in Ireland to grow our partnership programme across the Irish market. This is a remote, commission-based role focused on identifying, contacting, and closing partnerships with beauty academies, skills academies, and training providers.

You will introduce The Student Partnership Programme to decision-makers who want to better prepare graduates for real-world client acquisition and online growth. The programme is already proven and in demand, so your role is to open doors, build trust, and convert conversations into long-term partnerships.

Founded by Jeni Assandey, ex-Google and Fractional CMO with 17 years of experience, The Marketing Support helps businesses and students simplify digital marketing and AI for better outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prospect and reach out to academy owners, directors, and key decision-makers across Ireland.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential B2B partners from initial outreach through to close.
  • Present the value of The Student Partnership Programme clearly and confidently.
  • Develop strong relationships with training providers and maintain regular follow-up communication.
  • Handle objections, negotiate partnership terms, and secure new agreements.
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and conversion results.
  • Work independently to identify opportunities and grow market penetration in Ireland.
  • Represent The Marketing Support professionally and warmly in every interaction.

  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and follow-up.
  • Ability to manage a personal pipeline and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a practical, results-focused mindset.
  • Warm, professional, and resilient approach to sales conversations.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the drive to earn through commission-based performance.
  • Experience working with academies, education providers, training organisations, or B2B services is an advantage but not essential.
