Overview

The Marketing Support is seeking a driven B2B Partnership Manager to help expand the Student Partnership Programme across the United States. This remote, commission-based role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys outreach, building trust, and closing partnerships with education providers.


In this role, you will connect with beauty academies, skills academies, and training providers that graduate talented students who often need support learning how to attract clients online. Your mission is to introduce a proven programme that helps those graduates build real-world marketing and client acquisition skills. You are not selling an untested concept; you are bringing an established offer into a market with strong demand.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Research and identify beauty academies, skills academies, and training providers across the US that are a strong fit for the Student Partnership Programme.
  • Reach out to academy owners, directors, and decision makers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Clearly communicate the value of the programme and how it supports graduates in getting clients online.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners through thoughtful follow-up and consultative conversations.
  • Manage your own pipeline from prospecting through to partnership close.
  • Track outreach activity, conversations, and partnership progress in a structured way.
  • Work independently to meet partnership goals and maximize commission earnings.

  • Based in America and able to work remotely with US prospects.
  • Experience in education, beauty, training, or B2B partnership sales is a plus, but not required.
