You will play a key role in converting enquiries into bookings, coordinating event details, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for an events professional who enjoys combining relationship management, sales coordination, and operational delivery in a vibrant, high-profile setting.

  • Support the planning and execution of private dining events, celebrations, corporate meetings, receptions, and exclusive experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Prepare contracts, confirmations, event briefs, and function sheets with precision and efficiency.
  • Work closely with operations, food and beverage, and sales teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of each event.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, deposits, guest preferences, and event status within reservation and CRM systems.
  • Proactively upsell venue offerings, packages, and enhancements to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest queries and event changes with professionalism, flexibility, and a solution-focused approach.

  • The position combines reservations, events coordination, and client relationship management, making it an excellent step for someone looking to build a long-term career in hospitality events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reservations, events coordination, hospitality sales, or event administration, ideally within a premium hotel, restaurant, venue, or hospitality-led environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings, deadlines, and event details simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Experience using reservation systems, CRM platforms, or event management software.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify upselling opportunities while maintaining a guest-first approach.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when preparing event documentation, confirmations, and handover notes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to support evening and weekend events where required.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality and events.

Benefits:
