Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at a prestigious legal firm in Dublin. In this role, you will provide essential technical assistance to our staff in a fast-paced Microsoft-based environment. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption to business processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to users across core systems, including Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Utilize a structured ticketing system to log, track, and efficiently resolve support requests.
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand their issues and provide clear guidance and solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and reliability in all support interactions, adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new staff with IT setup and training on systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and documentation.
