We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Corporate Events Manager to lead a high-profile portfolio of corporate events for a prestigious organisation based in the City of London. This is a pivotal role for a confident events professional who can manage complex logistics, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver exceptional experiences that reflect a premium brand reputation.

Working across a varied calendar of internal and external events, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution process, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple priorities with ease, and brings creativity, precision, and commercial awareness to every project.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and deliver a diverse portfolio of corporate events, including conferences, leadership briefings, networking receptions, client-facing events, and internal engagement activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, taking briefs, advising on event strategy, and ensuring objectives are met.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including venue sourcing, supplier management, catering, AV, branding, delegate management, and run-of-show coordination.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments for each event.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and venues to secure best value while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as communications, executive support, facilities, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and post-event feedback and reporting.
  • Ensure events are delivered in line with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and health and safety standards.
  • Monitor event performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support occasional evening or early morning events as required.

  • Opportunity to manage a prestigious and visible corporate events portfolio in one of London’s most dynamic business districts.
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and the chance to influence high-impact events that shape stakeholder engagement.
  • A varied role combining strategic planning, hands-on delivery, and creative problem-solving.
  • Work within an organisation that values excellence, professionalism, and memorable experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate events management, ideally within a professional services, financial services, luxury, hospitality, or large corporate environment.
  • Strong track record of independently managing end-to-end events from concept through to delivery and evaluation.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, executives, or board-level audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong supplier negotiation and budget management experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
  • Experience coordinating logistics across venues, catering, AV, delegate management, and event production.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while delivering to a high standard.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools or registration platforms.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings or early starts for event delivery.
  • A degree, diploma, or professional qualification in events management, hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and responsibility.
  • Opportunity to work on high-profile events with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prestigious City of London location with excellent transport links.
  • Collaborative, professional environment with strong visibility and impact.
