Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of guests and staff.
- Monitor and control access to licensed premises, ensuring that all entry and exit points are secure.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing clear direction to security personnel.
- Collaborate with venue management to develop and implement effective security strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and prepare reports as required.

Requirements
- Valid DSP (Door Security Personnel) license.
- Proven experience as a security supervisor or in a similar role within licensed premises.
