Job Description:

About the Role:


We're seeking an a Growth Marketing Lead for a 8-month maternity cover to maintain momentum on our pipeline generation and revenue growth initiatives. Reporting to the Global VP of Marketing, you'll manage a team of 3 who handle day-to-day execution while you provide strategic guidance and expert input.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Oversight & Optimization

  • Oversee execution of demand generation campaigns and ensure alignment with goals
  • Guide decisions on targeting, messaging, creative, and budget allocation
  • Monitor performance and provide clear direction on optimization priorities
  • Ensure campaigns follow conversion best practices and B2B SaaS industry standards


Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and report on marketing performance to VP of Marketing
  • Maintain accountability for generating high-quality pipeline from target ICP accounts
  • Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, customer success, product, and other teams to support pipeline and revenue goals
  • Manage relationships with external agencies or contractors
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across global teams


Team Leadership

  • Manage a growth marketing team of 3
  • Provide guidance on digital marketing best practices (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, nurture programs, website optimization, SEO)
  • Support the team in improving campaign performance through coaching and strategic input

Requirements:

Experience

  • 2-3 years managing marketing teams
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong experience with lead nurturing, marketing automation, and conversion optimization


Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong understanding of website optimization, landing pages, SEO, etc


Working Style

  • Strategic thinker who can dive into tactical details when needed
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable stepping into existing systems
  • Collaborative team player with strong business acumen
  • Available to work in our Ireland office 3 days per week
