The Opportunity

ADC Barcode is a premier provider of barcoding, labelling, and data capture solutions with over 35 years of excellence. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our expansion into new horizontal markets.

This isn't just about managing accounts; it is a high-impact "hunter" role. You will be responsible for identifying untapped opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and retail, positioning ADC Barcode as the go-to partner for operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities across a broad horizontal market, moving beyond traditional verticals.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: From cold outreach and lead generation to high-level presentations and closing complex technical contracts.
  • Solution Selling: Consult with C-level stakeholders to understand operational pain points and propose bespoke hardware (Zebra, Honeywell) and software (Inventory/Asset Tracking) solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in RFID, mobile computing, and automation to provide expert-led value to prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house label manufacturing and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and high-performing.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of proven success in B2B technology sales within the AIDC, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Labelling sectors.
  • The "Hunter" Mindset: A track record of exceeding targets through proactive new business development rather than relying on inbound leads.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to translate technical specifications into business value.
  • Agility: Ability to pivot between diverse industries—one day speaking to a warehouse manager, the next to a hospital administrator.
