Cold Caller (Commission Only)

We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to join our team on a commission-only basis.

The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, starting conversations, building interest, and identifying opportunities. You should be comfortable speaking with new people, asking questions, and engaging prospects over the phone.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce our services and generate interest.
• Build rapport and engage people in conversation.
• Qualify potential opportunities and arrange follow-up meetings.
• Keep accurate records of calls and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cold calling or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in business development or go-to-market activities is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with people.
• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection.
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential based on performance. For the right person, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and progress into a larger role as the business grows.
