TalentHunter is an Irish jobs platform built as a transparent alternative to the big job boards. We are getting rid of ghost jobs and opaque hiring practices, and we need someone to help us bring employers on board.
The Role
You will be the first voice employers hear from us. Your job is to pick up the phone, start conversations with hiring managers, HR leads and founders, explain why TalentHunter is a better way to hire, and turn those conversations into paying customers. This is a fully remote role.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound cold calls to employers every day
- Qualify leads and book demos
- Explain our value clearly: real jobs, real transparency, no ghost listings
- Follow up persistently and professionally
- Keep accurate records of calls and pipeline
- Feed back what you hear from the market so we can improve

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience, with comfort making high volumes of cold calls
- A background in tech sales or recruitment is strongly preferred
- Confidence handling objections and not taking a no personally
- Excellent spoken English and a clear, credible phone manner
- Self-motivated, organised and target driven
- Interest in fixing a broken hiring market
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to HR or talent teams
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Indeed or LinkedIn
- Experience in a startup environment
Benefits
- Base salary of €32,000 to €35,000 plus commission
