Job Description:

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Tipperary. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in business development, particularly in making outbound calls to IT Managers. The role requires a solid understanding of IT & Cyber Security services, including but not limited to Penetration Testing, Managed Detection & Response, Cyber Awareness Training, Data Security, Networking Hardware, Servers, and Firewalls.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with IT Managers and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Understand the needs of clients and provide tailored solutions in IT and Cyber Security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT or Cyber Security.
  • Strong understanding of IT & Cyber Security services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for driving sales and building client relationships.
